All loose diamonds sold by The Diamond Guys are certified to ensure the consistency and quality that our customers deserve with every transaction. All our Natural diamonds are certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and all our Lab Grown Diamonds are certified by either GIA, IGI or GCAL. Each diamond that we sell is supplied with the original report.

The benefit of a purchasing a certified stone lies in the knowledge that the purchaser can take assurance that they know what they are buying. A certificate is like an identity card, which proves exactly what the stone is. Besides the personal comfort that a buyer gets with a certificate, it also makes for a much easier process for obtaining insurance and should you ever decide to sell your diamond, or trade up to a different stone, the process is much easier if you have a certificate. The certificate is similar to a stamp or seal that denotes the authenticity of an item. As in art, a signed painting is worth more than an unsigned as there is no question of its origin.

All of our diamonds are 100% conflict-free — we only buy diamonds from manufacturers and suppliers who adhere completely with the U.N. resolutions known as the Kimberley Accord.

A diamond’s monetary value is generally determined by an internationally recognized grading system from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and is based on what is referred to as The Four C’s – Carat, Cut, Color, and Clarity. The cut is the only one governed by human skill as opposed to nature’s power and, aside from a stone’s actual size or carat weight, is considered most important in determining a diamond’s beauty and ultimate value.

The majority of our diamonds are laser inscribed on the girdle with an identification number. Laser inscriptions provide peace of mind when making a diamond purchase since they are an easy way to identify a diamond. We’ll gladly show you your diamond’s laser inscription under microscope should you wish to see it.

We are pleased to offer excellent financing plans for selected transactions with approved credit through Wells Fargo. We also offer a 4-month layaway program interest free.

To ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, we will happily provide them with an exchange or full refund on any items returned within 30-days of their original purchase in their original condition. Simply bring the item back to our showroom. Return policy does not apply to special orders or custom design.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason; please come back to our boutique and discuss it with us. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

We do not directly insure your purchase; however, we are affiliated with Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company, the largest jewelry insurer in the United States. We would gladly assist you to establish a tailor-made policy for your diamond and jewelry purchases.

We accept Cash/Cashier Checks, VISA/MasterCard/American Express, and Discover, PayPal or wire transfer. We do not accept personal check. All international orders are payable only via wire transfer.

Yes. You’re welcome to order any of our products online. However, once we have received your online order, one of our representatives will contact you to verify certain details about your order. This may include information such as ring size, metal type, delivery details and payment information. At the time of checking out of your online order, you will need to provide contact details.

Yes. We provide fully insured and free next day shipping service within the United States. International orders are shipped with FedEx, subject to payment being received by wire transfer before shipping. International orders, subject to customs duty and taxes in recipient’s country, will be the responsibility of the buyer.

The Diamond Guys stands behind all diamonds that we sell. We offer a very generous upgrade program. Should you ever decide the time has arrived to upgrade your diamonds to a bigger or higher quality diamond, please bring your diamond to our showroom for inspection and we will discuss details with you. Generally speaking, we will provide trade credits to the full original value of your diamond purchase if you are upgrading your diamond to a new diamond worth at least twice the value of your original purchase. Should you want to trade a diamond not originally purchased from The Diamond Guys, please bring your diamond to us for an appraisal and a potential offer to purchase or trade. (Conditions apply.)

Yes. You may purchase a setting without a center diamond. We will also assist you to set your diamond or gemstone into any setting purchase from us, at an additional cost.

We will gladly provide appraisal services free of charge for items purchased at The Diamond Guys. We will also gladly provide a written estimate for appraisal services for items not purchased at our showroom. Please note that for certain items, an appraisal from an outside laboratory for certified testing may be required.

Yes. In many cases, a ring or a piece of jewelry that you’ve ordered are made specifically for you as a special order. This means, you can request certain changes such as different metal options, different stone sizes or shapes or even specific finish to the ring.  For custom work, simply bring in a drawing or photograph and we will help you fashion the piece of jewelry of your dreams. Our representatives will be happy to discuss your requests with you.

If you’re unsure of the style of ring that your partner would like, we do offer a temporary simple solitaire setting in which we will set your diamond for the purpose of your proposal. After the proposal, please bring your partner into our showroom and choose the permanent setting and we’ll transfer your diamond into your ring.
