Love in Focus
We are elated to spotlight one of our cherished and recently engaged couples, Amy and Joe. Working with them was an absolute delight. Our dedicated diamond consultant, Tina, had the pleasure of assisting them every step of the way, ensuring that their ring embodied their unique story and symbolized their unwavering bond. As they take this monumental step towards their future together, we couldn't be more thrilled for Amy and Joe. The Proposal
Joe’s summer proposal to Amy was at the Omni resort in Scottsdale with a view of Camelback Mountain.What Amy thought was a nice dinner with girlfriends turned into a moment she would cherish forever. As Amy entered the Omni’s outdoor wedding area, Joe surprised her, standing with flowers and their dogs with bandanas that read, “Will you marry our dad?” After saying yes,Amy was happily surprised again as they entered the restaurant where an engagement party with family and friends welcomed them. Amy shared, “I was so excited, filled with this overwhelming joy that it was hard to process anything else or even look at the ring! Honestly, I think I even blacked out for a second when he shared all the reasons why he wanted to marry me. It was pure happiness and seeing our dogs there with him just made it even more special.”
What Joe says about Amy: “Amy brings this amazing sense of love and warmth to everything she does. She is thoughtful and it makes me want to be more mindful of the little things in our relationship. We balance each other out perfectly. We push each other and are each other’s safe space.
What Amy says about Joe: “Joe’s drive has always been inspiring. He is incredibly hard-working and always looking to improve, which motivates me to constantly learn and challenge myself. He’s also incredibly kind and cares so much for his friends and family around him. His thoughtfulness makes me want to be a better person. In return, I am his biggest fan and his biggest supporter, especially when it comes to his goals - making sure he knows how talented and capable he is.”
The Ring
Amy’s ring is classic and elegant. The stunning centerpiece is an elongated cushion-cut diamond. It is a classic solitaire with a gold band. It is the perfect simplistic element that lets the diamond shine bright.
“The sparkle is incredible, but this ring is so much more! It’s like a tiny (but not tiny at all lol) time capsule of our love story. It makes me remember all of those elongated cushion cut diamonds I was obsessed with on Pinterest and Instagram - let’s just say my hints were clear! The hidden halo is a sweet detail and one of my favorite parts is the thin gold band. It is classic and strong, just like the way we are together. The diamond itself was much bigger than I thought I’d ever get to wear, and I believe it symbolizes the brilliance of our future.”

Location
Erin Lane is the incredibly talented photographer who captured these genuine and gorgeous images of our happy couple. Amy & Joe’s engagement photoshoot was taken at the Scott Resort & Spa, located in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona. The beautiful resort has five different wedding venues and special wedding packages to fit the needs of any couple and their special events from “Yes” to “I do”.
